Lesson bookings are not firm until payment has been received.
Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded or rescheduled.
If the teacher must cancel for any reason the lesson will be refunded.
Payments are done with PalPay via the link you will be sent after booking.
Students must ensure they have a reliable internet connection.
Should a student become disconnected during the lesson, the teacher will contact the student to reconnect.
Lessons require the student to have a location to play and learn that is free from distractions, similar to an in person studio.
